Little bit of practice the other day. Few mistakes, but that's why it's called practice. 8-)

We'll loose our Drummer AGAIN by the end of August (he's moving back home). Get a job in Leipzig and join us! ;)
Still to this day
I can hear the whistle blow
I can smell the sage burn
I may be as old and stubborn as a pine
But I am just as wild as the young.

Find me a job. ;) You set up an interview, I'll show up with a resume and bachelors degree. lol. First place that makes me a decent offer is where I'm going.

http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYYdamh ... ature=mhee This is some of my stuff, it is very minimal folk black metal. some of it is just demo versions, and the most recent stuff is completed songs. :)

mgt-excellent voice for bm!!if you get that recorded in a full raw 8 track version i am totally wanting to hear it-hell i'd like to play on it-
send me some files and i'll overdub some raw shit on it.the internet is your friend!

meanwhile,a complete left turn from that is a video of me playing drums in late march with a bunch of hippies :o
not really hippies, excellent people with an almost completely different background musically than me,i really enjoyed playing in a different style than i am used to.this is actually a fairly rocking tune, most of what we played was more eclectic.

Rock out on that mini-kit Mats. ;) That's a Gretsch Maple right?

And yeah, some grim bm sound there. I'd be willing to layer some creepy/ambient stuff over those tracks through Ableton if you want to send me some files. I have all kinds of VST's and my good friend is working on getting some good orchestral sounds. I will also need the notes so I can match everything. My ears are far from perfect. :D

it's a mutt set-as is my full set.i bought a full catalina club set off craigs list to part out last year, the 20 inch kick is all thats left-the 10 and 14 racks are part of my full set,as are the cymbals and stands-sold the 12 inch(right after this show),kick pedal, snare and some other crap on e bay and got back most of the 250 i pad for it. ;)
nice having the second kick-i only take a third of my set with me when i travel, makes life easier,as i'm sure you know.

Most definitely. I always give vocalists a hard time because they seem to think that carrying a microphone qualifies as 'loading equipment' into a venue. I love it even more when the guitar players look at me as if I am taking too long when it takes about 3 cables to get their rigs going. Never made it to the level of having a tech, but if I ever do I will be very thankful. It also sucks because I am very particular about my setup, so even with help there is not much others can do but bring drums on the stage and drop them. It has been many years since I last played a show, but hopefully that will change soon.

Hey everyone, made a little folk metal album. This is my favorite song off it, and I thought I'd share it and shamelessly promote my stuff. Keep the music alive! :D

I didn't have any recording equipment, so the entire thing was made with samples and various programs. Oh well :P
