Did a search and couldnt find anything on this just wondering what instruments people play here? I play Bass guitar in a arbitary rudimentary way, Have got a Westfield Bass and Kustom KBA20 Amp I also play Bodhran please discuss

Also to discuss lyrics that you write, any gig experiences youve had. Just a broad discussion on your musical dabblings etc

I mostly play the piano/keyboards, but sometimes I also play aqoustigggg guitar, only chords tho, so it's Finnish folk music with it all the way. A bass hangs on my wall and I can play with it, which isn't really a surprise, as it isn't a hard instrument to play average.

I would also like to ask, what kinds of songs you guys like to play?
With keyboards I usually play Finntroll, Turisas, Turmion Kätilöt and Dimmu, but now I've started to try some Moonsorrow and old Covenant.

I've been playing the piano for the past 11 years and also the keyboard for a few years. Mostly classical music, I especially like romantic music (some of my favourite composers are Tchaikovsky, Grieg, Chopin and Sibelius). Love the instrument, love the music.

I also own a bass and like to play it every now and then. I've been playing some Municipal Waste stuff and thrash in general. Although I suck at it it's fun.

Guitar, acoustic/electric.
Play Iced Earth, Blind Guardian, Moonsorrow, Finntroll (ofc), Children of Bodom. Recently just been playing my own stuff though.

Set-up: Jackson DXMG, Line6 Spider IV + FBVII footpedal, MT-2 metalzone pedal. Am really trying to find a drummer/vocalist to finish the band. Have 5 dark/progressive/power songs written currently.

I play violin, and have been learning to play some Korpiklaani, Ensiferum and Dornenreich music... why haven't I tried Finntroll yet, I wonder?

I play guitar and some kantele (every now and then). I make quite a lot of own songs, from folky metal songs to all kinds of other stuff. I mainly play an Ibanez Rg model guitar, Ibanez Artwood acoustic, Marshall JVM head and my 10-string kantele.
