I used to play on some weird flying V model with flames on it. It looked like a toy and it weighed pretty much nothing, but it was enough for the days when we played in the church basement. Heh.

Now I've got an old Jackson V guitar made in the early 90s, I love it.

I hereby demand that Mats uploads some stuff from his rock n roll days. I have in my possession a song where he was doing the singing, and I've seen the LP being sold on eBay.

@WickedRock I always wanted a flying V theyve always been out of my price range :( that guitarist Jay Reynolds had a white flying V back in the eighties cant remember the band he played in though? :? on the subject of weightless guitars years ago a friend of mine had a bass it felt like it was made out of bolser wood and it didnt sound to good either  :)
However I would like an Amfisound Lizard Bass or a BC Rich one of those Jaggy shaped ones

Well, the one with flames cost around €~160. It's alright for heavy distortion, but if I try to play clean with it the tone breaks up easily. It is far too metal for pop. My Jackson cost around €470, together with a hardcase, the original mics which had been replaced by better ones and some cords.

by mics i guess you mean pic ups-what kind?duncans?emg's?

I got an epiphone les paul gold top which is good-not great,it's in bad need of a set up and buzzez like mad from the single coil pick ups-my choice to get those,D'oh!
I also have Marshall tube 50 watt 2-12 combo which is all i will ever need-loud enough for club shows if i ever played one again, more than enough for suburban rock outs.
My drum set is shitty cracked zildjan cymbals that i cant aford to replace, and some unknown 5 piece drum kit that i gutted and changed all hardware and stands to tama stuff. And an old snare propped up for a 14 inch tom cause i wanted a 4th tom and it looks really goofy.
it's just another in a lifetime's worth of lessons never learned

Your old flying V sounds like it was metal squared\m/ :D Have you still got it? My bass was £225 it was replacement as the original one I bought whilst I was at university was£147 but the neck was warped and I didnt know why the bottom E kept popping out  However that particular make had been discontinued so I got a better replacement :D

I would like a Coffin Case 8-) for my bass but being "poorer than a disabled banana" I cant afford one :(

Mics I mean for recording :) Im going to get a snowflake for my laptop :D

Oh yeah, that's the proper term in English. Duncan's, that is correct. Your rag tag drum set sounds like a real garage band substitute, those are rad. Our drummer used to have a bunch of cymbal stands welded/ducktaped together from various metal parts (mic stands, note stands etc.) we found in a storage room in the labyrinth that was the church basement.

Or is stole the proper term here?

I've still got the flame guitar, I let my friends use it as a back up guitar at the rehearsal room in case they didn't bring their own. I tried to find a picture, but it's too obscure.

Guitars: Epiphone les paul custom ebony
Jackson JS30 RR

Amp: Sansamp psa-1 head connected to a Mosvalve amplifier.

Well that's about it, saving up for a Engl Fireball at the moment, the sansamp just doesn't do it for me.
What can I say, I've been playing in a band for about 5 years, death metalish sound with plenty of technical difficulties ^^
Recently I joined a Black Metal band as a drummer as well, we'll see how that goes. On my free time is play around with a folk metal project (of course).

That's about it!

None at the moment to be honest, just midi stuff made in guitar pro, my studio and my band sucks up a lot of time so I haven't really got to the recording stage, yet! But when I have, I'll post something. :)
