English would be fine, but Nordic would be better.

Ive had an  for you choosing a name, you could do some research into your language. Say from about two to three hundred years ago, and say for instance find out words like mountain and forest or the word for certain types of trees, it would give you something archaic :) or maybe a place names or the names of forests or mountains. I think it would be interesting to find something from long ago and that is also associated with nature :)

That's pretty much true, but as a demon called school is running after me so I don't have so much time for doing researchs. But maybe when we have our Xmas vacation, I could search for some stuff.

Just using swedish words; gast means spirit or something like that and tjäle means frost (same as Routa ;)).

Gasttjäle is the correct spelling, Gastjäle would mean Gasfrost. And Tjäle is technically when it's cold enough for the water in the ground to freeze, something you'd refer to if you are planning on digging any time soon. Regular frost is just "frost" in Swedish.

Also Gast is a ghost/malicious spirit, not just a spirit.

and back to the topic ;) I play bass guitar (in fact I'm learning how to play it). I bought an Ibanez 4string Bass though in class I play a Fender jazz bass.

Back to offtopic: I know, but I thought it would be nicer to spell it like Gastjäle. Ghost, spirit, spectre, ghast, banshee... they're all same to me :D
