I actually got the 'slow down the drinking' speech from the wife after blood work showed my liver chemistry getting bad.like i want to live forever?

Triglycerides a bit high, mats? You can counteract that with eating lots of salmon, tuna,etc (rawer is better).... or omega 3 supplements

I fixed the problem by eating less carbs. "Normal" triglycerine levels are between .5 to 1.7 , I had 2.7 . cut carbs out of my diet, it went down to 1. Needed to start eating Accutane (roaccutan) for a skin problem and that ups triglycerine levels as a side effect, so needed to get them in control, and my skin disease specialist said that eating less carbs will fix it, and it did for me.

as for hi trigycerwhatevers,nah im good with that,the wife has almost entirely eliminated white flour and rice from our intake,but my liver numbers came back high for hep c or too much alcohol.hep c is a legitimate risk in my line of work,so i hope it's the booze.had to do another blood test,i'll see what that brings.

as to that above,no hep c for me,but dont know whats up with the liver.im still drinking so bottoms up baby.
