Just listened to 'Forest of Eternity' by Depressive Silence
Now listening to a lovely rendition of 'Twas on one April Morning'

Impatiently waiting for my Heidevolk and Satanakozel to arrive in the post
"Beneath the oak I rest, bone-weary
Thirsting for a horn of ale or jug of mead
And yet, how could a heathen man wish for anymore
Than the healing balms of English trees?"

Eric Clapton - Layla
Still to this day
I can hear the whistle blow
I can smell the sage burn
I may be as old and stubborn as a pine
But I am just as wild as the young.

Duane allmans slide guitar is slightly sharp or flat during most of the second half of that song.

Crimfall The Writ of Swords, have just bought this album. It is EFFING MAGNIFICENT :!: a very powerful album heavy and melodic, with some vast soundscapes that are orchestrated. And some really beautiful Cello pieces, very good indeed!!! :D

Still to this day
I can hear the whistle blow
I can smell the sage burn
I may be as old and stubborn as a pine
But I am just as wild as the young.

The Dubliners - The town I loved so well
Still to this day
I can hear the whistle blow
I can smell the sage burn
I may be as old and stubborn as a pine
But I am just as wild as the young.
