What's making all the noise during the matches? It constantly sounds like there's an impossibly huge swarm of angry, angry bees buzzing around. I can't stand more than 5 minutes of it.

Thats some unneccessary toy called vuvuzela (or something like that). TV stations already are annoyed by that. Well..... I think if you watch the games all 4 weeks, you'll get used to it.... or need more booze to stand it.... or maybe south african fans faint at some point... can't be really healthy to breathe into a flute for 4 weeks ...

I googled that, it seems people are already trying to make a profit off it: http://shop.aftonbladet.se/vuvuzela-bla-gron-svart

Thank you, Aftonbladet. Thank you up the ass.

Please don't! Let's just stick to them pressure-can horns and rattles, shall we?

I wonder, if Finland ever hosts the World Championship, will people start joiking in stadiums and sound little plastic-mouthharps in front of their tv's?

And at the same time the paper writes negative articles about the Vuvuzelas. Fuckers.

That would be awesome. Just having 3-4 mouthharps playing at the same time creates a pretty cool sound, an entire stadium filled with mouthharp playing football fans would be Lovecraftian.

I watched the second half of serbia/ghana,either team is way better than australia who looked old, tired and started cheating and crying to the refs early.I don't think they will win a single game.Germany easily wins tht group on points and goals scored.

I saw some of the english papers front pages, feel bad for the english goaltender.
it's just another in a lifetime's worth of lessons never learned

The goalie can blame that beach ball.

Waiting for my top pick: The Netherlands, It is time they are champions.
