Oh yeah, vuvuzele ... i fucking hate them. They make the whole atmosphere of a crowded stadium, full of fans cheering dissapear and only the buzz of a godzilla bee remains. :/ And they are really dangerous for hearing - with 30.000 people (and a few less vuvuzels) they make in average so much noise that a grown person can endure only for 15 minutes before they get hearing injury. At least that's what the magazine about this WC says (awesome magazine, in Slovene though). The stadium itself reaches the noise od 140 decibel, that's as much as a plane during the flight. Effing awesome for the players and all around them, eh? Playing in that noise for min. 90 minutes. Word is out they will ban them, i really hope they will. I don't know anyone that can stand them. Bah.
Some more OT: When it comes to mixing up Slovenia and Slovaka. Once, i can't remember which sport it was, probably athletic, our contestant won, she was first. Got the medal, got the flowers, blah blah, national anthem - Slovakia. She held our flag up high, but i doubt anyone even noticed. I think you can't go more 'epic fail' than that when it comes to mixing our countries.

Being even more OT: I'm really pissed off at some Slovenians right now. You know what they're bitching about? Our game not being
good enough. Excuse me? We WON a game at THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP! For the first effing time in history! And now their game wasn't on? Gimme a break. Seriously. It's like, for some people nothing is good enough. Ever. It's not like Argentina or France played a good match. As long as they've won, in the first matches, isn't that all that matters? Our guys were nervous as hell, they're a young team, it was their first game of this calibre, and OF COURSE they were a bit lost at the beginning. But appearantly that's all that some of our people can see. Fuck the score and the goal and three points. They lost a ball here and there, that's all that matters for them.
