WGT 2012

Saw this as I was checking the WGT-website for newly confirmed bands yesterday: Finntroll is finally playing there! I have been waiting long enough for this to happen - and now I don't have to worry about not-enough-decent-bands-playing, as it ís often the case with this festival. Anyone else going?

That seems like an odd place for them to play, as I thought it was focused mainly on gothy bands.

Mainly, yeah, but there's always a few (10-15) metalbands playing as well, along with medieval, classic orchestras, choirs and whatnot. Even Limbonic Art played at WGT once.
