not only does Kalamazoo exist, rock music owes it a huge debt of gratitude-it's where Gibson guitars is from.

catch motorhead if for only 2 reasons-living legend lemmy who wont be around forever, and mikkey dee who has the best, most consistent double bass feet ever.

I'm off to Poland in an hour...dunno what I'm going to see at the Woodstock, except for THE PRODIGY. Can't wait!
Still to this day
I can hear the whistle blow
I can smell the sage burn
I may be as old and stubborn as a pine
But I am just as wild as the young.

Hehe, OK, thought it'd be some beer. Unfortunately, the only beer available at that Festival was Carlsberg, and that only in a very strange way: You had to buy tokens which you could then use to buy half-litre Carlsberg cans. There was only one place where you were able to buy beer...at a festival with 700.000 people. So naturally, I bought one carton of the stuff and drank it can by can. It's a really shitty thing for a festival (not to mention that you have to walk a thousand miles to get to the food court of the damn thing), but they have strict policies regarding alcohol and such, since it's a benefiz festival....whatever.

Off to Summer Breeze tomorrow morning :) . The only shitty thing is that Moonsorrow and Rotting Christ are playing from 1:00 until 3.00 at night and there is NO WAY boyfriend will stay with me that long and as we do not stay on the campground but 12 km far from the festival site, theres no way I can see them     . How can they let play great bands like them at that time of night when everyones damn drunk but other bands nobody has ever heard of play afternoon or early night shows. I could kill somebody!!!!!

Amalaith that completely sucks. Still wish you have a great time there.
Moonsorrow were the last last late at night band on MetalCamp as well. I couldn't wait to drive back home in the morning then :)
One beer to rule them all.
One whiskey to find them.
One vodka to bring them all
and in the drunkness bind them!

Might see Enslaved in October. I say might because I haven't a clue if I'll have a steady paycheck by then.
Wanted to see Vreid later this month, but that probably won't happen.
Then I would like to see Mayhem with Keep of Kalessin in November.
Just a bunch of ifs really. :|
