Oh!!!!! Sounds like an awesome combo! And looks.... interesting. Like custard. How did it taste?

Well, the mead has the dominant tase here...but the anise note of the Absinthe adds itself to it in a very nice way. Hard to describe, really.
Still to this day
I can hear the whistle blow
I can smell the sage burn
I may be as old and stubborn as a pine
But I am just as wild as the young.

Akvavit and Hofbräu. I'm running out of akvavit so I'm going to change to St. Hubertus and Hofbräu.

Yesterday, honouring a new year's party, I drank really great Czech mead and some blueberry brandy.

Right now sencha wakame green tea. Tastes like warm sea water.
One beer to rule them all.
One whiskey to find them.
One vodka to bring them all
and in the drunkness bind them!
