I bought myself a Mandolin for Yule present two days ago. :P And a Bouzuki! But the best part is that they are both branded....yep, HORA.

But yeah, superduper Yule to you all- I celebrated it yesterday with lots of meat, salmon, some Scottish and German smoky beer, glög, a nip of peaty whisky and those goddamn good Belgian crustacean- looking-whatever-seashell chocolates. What´s a better way to cherish a pan- European celebration day than having everything pan- European on your table? 8-) Today I will feast with more salmon and later a beer or two. And sauna, lots of sauna! Merry holidays ya´ all!

After four days of abscence, I do not need to wish anyone anything :D ; nevertheless, I hope you all have had a good time with your family and friends, loads of good food and booze.

Good boy  ....

We had a great and funny time with aunts, Mom, Cousins and whoever. As we are not very christian it was more a nice family thing with good food and good beer (german beer of course as my uncle was brewmaster of Glenk brewery in Bayreuth until he died) and so on....

Hope you all had a good time (Aldhissla, seems you did - considering the amount you spent on beer  )...

Now lets get prepeared for the next eat-and-drink-as-much-as-you-can-party on thursday :P (my honey ordered fireworks-stuff for about 150 €)

Well I'll not get into the ~fantastic~ time that is Christmas with my family, but I did find a small animal's skull while hiking in the desert later in the day, so that made Christmas pretty metal for me :P Sweet new decoration, I just hope it doesn't break in my suitcase on the way home :D

This week should be awesome though. Looking forward to reuniting with a good friend I haven't seen in 2 years, accompanied by lots of food and drink ;)

Hope you all have a great New Year!

Aye, but I also managed to get some work done in between all that boozing
