drinking and yoga doesn't fit together. i terribly damaged my knee while trying this strange yogaseat when i was drunken.
fortunately i was drunken, i don't want to know bout that pain while being sober. it was such a nice sound, a very loud snap, ppl around me where so shocked, i guess they felt more pain than me. i just laughed my ass of that night, thought everything'll be ok the next day, but it wasn't... pain lasted for more than one month.
luckily it was no torn meniscus as first supposed by the doc.
